The CSV importer is a tool that uses a CSV to bulk import Numbers, Devices, and Users to a location.

How To

  1. Navigate to the importer by doing one of the following.

    1. Navigate to the Locations page, click on the Go To button for the location, and click Actions at the top right, and click Importer.

    2. Navigate to the Dashboard page and follow the create location process.

  2. Fill out the CSV.

  3. Drag and drop or click on the importer box button in step 1 and click Next Step.

  4. All of the fields will appear and show any errors, if you need to make changes its best to correct issues in the CSV and re-import it.

  5. Click Next Step to continue.

  6. In this step we will create the user, numbers, and devices.

    1. Click create one at a time and verify that no failed results happen.

      1. If anything fails to upload you need need to create them manually.

  7. Once everything is created you can close this window.
