Description:

This article will show you how to do the following.

  • How to log into the Call Queue Viewer to see what calls are holding.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select CallQueue Viewer from the applications list.
  4. The Call Queue is now displayed.

    Note: If more than one Queue is setup and logged into, the Select Queue menu at the top right will allow users to switch between queues to view.
