Description:

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Adjust what Caller ID information is shown on outgoing calls

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click Audian User Portal.
  4. Click Settings on the left at the bottom.
  5. Click the User Level Caller ID toggle switch to On.

  6. Select the preferred phone number to show up on outbound calls, and then click Save Changes.
