Description:

This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Enable the Blacklist/Blocking function.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Callflows app.
  4. Click on Blacklist.

  5. Click Add in the top left.
  6. Enter a Name, click the Block Anonymous toggle switch if desired.
  7. Click the Add Number field.
  8. Enter the telephone number to be blocked, and then click Add.

    • Keep in mind you can come back and add more numbers to the list.
  9. Click Save in the bottom right.
  10. Click Return to Callflows Home at the top.
  11. Click on Account Settings.
  12. Select Blacklist from the options at the top.
  13. Click and drag the saved blacklist from the Available section to the Selected section.
  14. Click Update at the bottom to save changes and enabled number blocking.
