Description:

This article will show you how to update users names on devices from the Audian Portal.

Step By Step:

  1. Login to the portal
  2. Navigate to Smart PBX if it is not set to default.
  3. Click Users on the left
  4. Click on the Name to bring up the users settings.
  5. Update the First and Last name.
  6. Update the Email address if needed.
  7. Click Save Changes
  8. Reboot the phone to update the name.
