Description:

This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Enable and setup a Users FaxBox

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click on Users on the left.
  5. Click the User Features field.
  6. Click the Faxbox feature.

  7. Click the Disabled toggle switch to enable.

  8. Click the Select a number dropdown box, and then select an available number, if no number is shown click Select a spare number.

  9. Select the preferred spare number from the list, and then click Add selected numbers.

  10. Click Save Changes.

    Note: If the user's email address is changed or an alternate email address is added, the Faxbox feature will need to be re-enabled.
