Tip

Call recording is a service Audian provides for main call flows or on a user by user basis for incoming and outgoing calls, this feature is normally enabled via SmartPBX but can be added into Callflows as well.

This article will show you how to do the following.

    • Add Call Recording to a user's callflow

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click the Call Flows app icon.

  4. Click Call Flows.
  5. Locate the call flow from the list on the left.
  6. From the Call Recording section on the right, drag and drop Start Call Recording into the call flow before a User or Group.
  7. A menu will appear where you can select the recording file format and enter in the recording location URL.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Drag and drop the preferred User or Ring Group into the callflow, so that it is below Start Call Recording.
  10. After making any other changes needed to the callflow, click Save Changes at the top.
