  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click the Call Flows app icon.

  4. Click Call Flows.
  5. Locate the call flow from the list on the left.
  6. From the Advanced section on the right, drag and drop the Set Ringtone option into your call flow so that it is after the user.
  7. In the Emails text box, enter the Carrier SMS URL with the cell number that should be notified. You can also assign a User from the left to have emails sent to the email address associated with the user profile.
  8. Click Save.
  9. Add any additional settings to the call flow as needed.
  10. Click Save Changes at the top to make sure that the call flow changes are saved.
