- How To - Log Into The Audian Portal 2.0
- Click the Apps icon at the top right.
- Click Smart PBX
- Click Main Number located on the left.
- Click Office Holidays
- Check the box that says Are you closed for holidays?
- Click Add Holiday
- Select one of the following conditions.
- Single Day
- Date Range
- Advanced
- Fill In specified holiday info
- Repeat these steps as much as you like.
- Click Save Changes
Once Saved, you will need to tell the system what you want it to do on holidays. Most of the time, you will want to go to an advanced call flow. However you can change your menu options, right from the portal!
