Description: Profile rules allow users to organize their emails automatically by putting them into folders. This feature makes it easy for users to manage voicemail and virtual fax notifications.

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook on your computer.
  2. Locate a voicemail email from no_reply@voicemail.audian.com.
  3. Click on the Home tab at the top left of Outlook.
  4. Click on the voicemail email.
  5. Click on the Rules button at the top.
  6. Click on the Create Rule button and the Create Rull window will open.
  7. Check Select the checkbox that says From no_reply@voicemail.audian.com.
  8. Select the checkbox that says Move the item to folder.
  9. Click on the Select Folder button. 
  10. Click on the Inbox folder.
  11. Click on the New button and the Create New Folder window will popup.
  12. Name the folder Voicemail and click OK.
  13. Click OK once more to save the setting.
  14. A popup window will appear. Check the Run this rule checkbox and click OK.
    1. This will move all the voicemail's into this the folder.
