- Login to the Audian Portal
- Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
 - Click on the Callflows app.
 - Click on Blacklist.
- Click Add in the top left.
 - Enter a Name, click the Block Anonymous toggle switch if desired.
 - Click the Add Number field.
 Image Added - Enter the telephone number to be blocked, and then click Add.
- Keep in mind you can come back and add more numbers to the list.
- Click Save in the bottom right.
 - Click Return to Callflows Home at the top.
 - Click on Account Settings.
 - Select Blacklist from the options at the top.
 - Click and drag the saved blacklist from the Available section to the Selected section.
 - Click Update at the bottom to save changes and enabled number blocking.
