While recording a new greeting

  • Save: Press 1
  • Listen: Press 2
  • Record: Press 3

When first logging into your voicemail box:

  • Listen to new voicemail: Press 1
  • Listen to saved voicemail: Press 2
  •  Configure voicemail box: Press 5
    Configure voicemail box: Press 5
  • Exit the voicemail box: Press #
