This article will show you how to verify phone registration on the Audian platforms. This will let you know if the phone is working or not and can be used when troubleshooting phone issues.

Step By Step:

Audian Portal Method:

Only users with administrator privileges have access to the steps below.

  1. Log into https://portal.audian.com/
  2. Hover over VoIP Services.
  3. Hover over Advanced.
  4. Click Devices
  5. The devices will be listed on the left side.
    1. Red: Phone is unregistered.
    2. Green: Phone is registered.
