This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Add a PBX to your account.
  • Verify PBX Credentials.
  • Test your PBX System

Methods:


 Current Platform
  1. Login to the Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click on the Apps button in the top right of the screen.
  3. Click PBX Connector.
  4. Click Add PBX

  5. Select your PBX System.
  6. Name the PBX System.
  7. Select if your IP is static or not.
    1. If Yes 
      1. Enter in the Static IPv4, IPv6 and Static Port
    2. If No 
      1. Enter in your username and password.
      2. Click Next
      3. Set the Invite Format
      4. Turn Compatibility ON or OFF
      5. Click Submit
 Legacy
  1. Log into the Audian Portal
  2. Click PBX Connector.
  3. Click Add Server.
  4. Select the PBX Manufacture that matches your PBX.
  5. Fill in the following.
    1. Create a Username
    2. Create a Password
    3. This PBX will be known as (Name)
  6. Click Save
 PBX Installation Checklist

Use this checklist to test your newly installed PBX system.

  1. Make outbound call to a line outside Audians network.
    1. Verify dial tone
    2. Verify ring back
    3. Verify two way audio
    4. Put call on hold, verify hold music and retrieval from hold
  2. Make inbound call
    1. Verify dial tone
    2. Verify ring back
    3. Verify two way audio
    4. Put call on hold, verify hold music and retrieval from hold
  3. Dial 811 to test 911
    • the number read back to you should be the E911 caller ID.
