Description:

This article will show you how to add a new PBX server to your account for SIP Trunking.

The processes below will also show you how to verify a PBX SIP Credentials.

Methods:

 Current Platform
  1. Login to the How To - Login to Portal 2.0
  2. Click on the Apps button in the top right of the screen.
  3. Click PBX Connector.
  4. Click Add PBX

  5. Select your PBX System.
  6. Name the PBX System.
  7. Select if your IP is static or not.
    1. If Yes 
      1. Enter in the Static IPv4, IPv6 and Static Port
    2. If No 
      1. Enter in your username and password.
      2. Click Next
      3. Set the Invite Format
      4. Turn Compatibility ON or OFF
      5. Click Submit
 Legacy
  1. Log into the Audian Portal. 
  2. Click PBX Connector.
  3. Click Add Server.
  4. Select the PBX Manufacture that matches your PBX.
  5. Fill in the following.
    1. Create a Username
    2. Create a Password
    3. This PBX will be known as (Name)
  6. Click Save
