  • Total max files and or single file size is 15MB
  • Page Limit: 50 Pages

titleQuick Fax
  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select  Audian User Portal from the apps list.
  4. In the Quick Fax field, enter the fax number, and then click the Upload PDF button.

  5. Click Upload, select the desired .pdf file, and then click Send.

titleSend a Fax
  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select  Audian User Portal from the apps list.
  4. From the Dashboard, click Faxes on the left.
  5. Click the Send Fax button at the top.
  6. Enter the fax number in the Send to Number field.
  7. If desired, click the Create Cover Sheet toggle switch to On.
  8. Enter the Sender and Recipient names and anything that you would like to appear in the cover letter in the Cover Letter Body.
  9. Drag and drop files into the Upload area or click Upload, and then select the document or documents that you would like to fax.
    (Note: If multiple PDF files are added, the system will now merge them into one document that you can preview before sending.)
  10. Click Preview Fax.
  11. After confirming that the preview is correct, click Send Fax.

titleCheck Fax Logs

A summery of account activity will be shown on the main Audian User Portal Dashboard.

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select  Audian User Portal from the apps list.
  4. From the Dashboard, click Faxes on the left.
  5. Click the Download icon, located to the right of the fax.

  6. The file will be downloaded by your browser, open with appropriate PDF reader.
