Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
Click on the Smart PBX app.
Click on Users.
Click the Users name.
Update the users name in the First and Lastname fields as needed, and then click Change Credentials.
Update the Email address AND password, and then click Save Changes.
Note: When updating the email address you must also assign a new PW. If the user does not log into the portal the PW does not matter. User can always use Forgot PW option to reset if needed.
Click Save Changes again to save the User Name changes.
