  • Log into https://portal.audian.com/
  • Hover over VoIP Services.
  • Hover over Advanced.
  • Click Devices
    1. Login to the Audian Portal.
    2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.

      1. Red: Phone is unregistered.
      2. Green: Phone is registered.

    Steps if not registered:

    1. Reboot the phone, unplug any power or Ethernet cables for 5-10 seconds.
    2. Verify cables are plugged in and where they go.
    3. Check phone for IP address. (See Article: How To - Find MAC or IP Address on Phones)
    4. If IP address is found, start a remote session, log into that IP address.
