The Voicemail Manager application is an easy way to manage multiple voicemail boxes on your account. You can easily listen to, delete, move and download voicemails from all of the various voicemail boxes on the account.

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Downloading voicemails
  • Mass deleting of voicemails from the box
  • Move voicemail to other mailboxes

  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select Voicemail Manager from the applications list.
  4. Click the dropdown menu and select the voicemail box you are looking for.
  5. Check the box next to each voicemail that you would like to delete.
  6. Click the Mark As button.
  7. Select Delete.
