- Login to the Audian Portal
- Click
on - Caller ID at the top of the page.
Image RemovedClick the drop down on - Image Added
- Select a telephone number from the Company Caller ID
and select a - number
Click Save Changes. Image RemovedClick on the drop down and select the number you would like to be displayed on a outbound call.- drop-down box.
Image Added - Type in the name you would like displayed on outbound calls in the Company Caller ID name field.
Image Added - Enter in the address of the primary location on the account for 911 call purposes.

- Click Save Changes at the bottom.
