Description:

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Transfer a call to another user or Park

Methods:

  1. While on an active call, tap theĀ Transfer icon.
  2. To Park a call tap the desired parking spot, otherwise scroll to and tap the contact to transfer the call to.
  3. Tap to confirm the type of transfer, Blind or Attended. Note: Attended will allow you to speak with the receiving party prior to completing the transfer)
