This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Transfer a call to another user, an external number or Park

Methods:

  1. While on an active call, tap the Transfer icon.
  2. To Park a call tap the desired parking spot, to transfer to an external number tap the dial pad icon, otherwise scroll to and tap the contact to transfer the call to.
  3. Tap to confirm the type of transfer, Blind or Attended. (Note: Attended will allow you to speak with the receiving party prior to completing the transfer)
