Methods:

3 Way/Conference Call

  1. While on an active call, click the Menu icon.
  2. Select the Add Participant option.
  3. Enter the desired number or select from the contact window, and then click Make call.
  4. Select Merge.

Attended/Warm Transfer

  1. While on an active call, click the Menu icon.
  2. Select the Add Participant option.
  3. Enter the desired number or select from the contact window.
  4. After speaking with the third party, click Transfer.
