Description:

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • How to transfer calls to other users internally, to Parking spots or to External numbers

Methods:

  1. While on an active call. Click the Menu icon.
    • Alternately, you can press the Transfer button on the active call window.
  2. Select Transfer from the drop down menu.
  3. Select the desired Parking Spot/User to transfer the call to or to transfer the call to an outside line, click the search field at the top, and then enter the desired phone number.
  4. Click Blind Transfer to send the call over without talking to the receiving party, or click Attended transfer to speak with the receiving party prior to completing the transfer.
  5. If Attended transfer was selected, you will see the new call appear below the original call. Click Transfer to finish the call or click Merge to create a 3 party call.
