Description:

This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Setup a static NTP server address via the portal to resolve time issues on phones.

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the Account Name at the top right.
  3. Click Provisioning

  4. Enter an NTP address in the Custom NTP Server field.
    1. Default: 216.231.41.2
  5. Click Save Changes
