Description:

Doing this will allow you to update your configuration on the phone. This is useful when making changes or troubleshooting a Polycom device.

Step By Step:

  1. Hit the "home" button
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Go to "Basic Settings"
  4. Scroll down to "Update Configuration"
