Issue:
This article will show you how to troubleshoot inbound call failures to the Audian network. Inbound call failures can be characterized by the error you hear when calling the number which are listed below.
Troubleshooting:
1. Fast busy
- Replicate the issue by calling the number in question on a cell phone.
If the call goes through try calling the number in question again from the line that failed .
- If doesn’t work call Audians technical support 844-611-6110.

If call is 487/404/503 or similar, log in to portal, verify that the phone number called is attached to a SIP trunk or to a call flow.
If it is escalate (GATHER MORE INFO)
- Call Quality
- Call Cannot be Completed as Dialed
- Call Routes to the Wrong Person/Company
