| - Login to the Audian Portal.
- Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
 - Select Call Center Basic from the applications list.
 - Click the Begin Session button. at the top right.
 - Note: The Session Duration will start counting the time.
- Click Away.
 - Click Mark All as Ready.
 - To Log out, click the Ready button at the top, and then select End Session.
