This article will show you how to do the following:

• Create Ring Groups for users

1. Login to the Audian Portal.
2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
   
3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
   
4. Click the Groups tab on the left.
   

5. Click Add Group at the top.

   
   

6. Give the group a name, and then enter the preferred Extension for the group.
   
   
7. Drag and drop the Available Users to the Selected Users.
   
   
8. Click Create Group to save.
