  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select PBX Connector from the applications list.

  4. Select your PBX system from the list, and then click Next.

  5. At the top, select if your PBX uses a static IP address or a Username and Password to connect. Input the required information, and then click Next.

  6. Select the appropriate Invite Format from the drop-down menu.

  7. If needed, click the Compatibility Mode toggle switch to On.
  8. Drag and drop the required codecs from the Available section on the left to the Selected section on the right.
  9. Click Submit.
  10. Once the PBX is created on your account, you can start adding numbers. Click Buy or Port at the top.
    • If Buy is selected, choose whether the new number will be a local number or a toll-free number.
      1. Select the area code for the new number, and then click Search.
      2. Click the Add button next to any numbers you would like to add to the account, and then click Buy Numbers.
    • If Port is selected, follow the prompts to start the process of porting a phone number from a different carrier. Once the numbers have been ported into Audian they will be assigned.
  11. To assign a spare number from the account to this PBX, click Spare Numbers in the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
  12. Check the box next to the number to be assigned, and then click Assign.

  1. Log into the Audian portal.

  3. Select the existing SIP Trunk on the left.
  4. Click Assign Number.
  5. Click the check box for the number you would like to add.
  6. Click Assign.
