From the menu on the right, select Security Appliance-> and then Traffic Shaping.
Setup your max upstream/downstreambandwidth using the 95/5 rule.
Take the advertised speed and set 95% as the max available bandwidth. Since the upstream bandwidth is not always consistent and can differ (usually around 5%), this should set a safe limit. If you wish to be more conservative, set it to 90%.
At the bottom of the page, Click on Add a new shaping ruleand then .
Now click, Add+ to add definitions which include the IP , addresses listed below and the type of service. , SIP (Voice) should shape both SIP signalling and SIP RTP..

Make sure that you set
SIP (Voice)
Ensure that DSCP taggingis set todo "Do not change DSCP key".
Give this a priority of highSet the Priority to High.
