  1. Login to the Audian Portal.

  2. Click the Apps icon at the top right of the screen.

  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.

  4. Click Users on the left.
  5. Click the User name field.
  6. Ensure that Include user in company directory option is checked.

  7. Once all desired users are added to the directory, click Dashboard at the top.

  8. In the lower right side of the Dashboard,  click the link for the desired file type, PDF or CSV.

  9. The file will be downloaded to your computer and will be named (Company name - directory).
