This article

outlines how to verify if a device on 1.0 has picked up its reg.cfg file for portal 2.0. Sometimes these generated config files can break and will show "Lost My Pie".

Before the config file will generate you need to build out a user and assign them to a device.

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.

  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.

  4. Click Devices on the left.

  5. Click the Edit icon

  6. Click Config File button.
    Image Added
  7. A new tab will open showing the full configuration file for that device.
    • Note: If a 404/File not found error is returned, close the tab and then click Save Changes for that device. Edit the device again and then the Config File should be displayed.
