Description

E911 is required in order to ensuring that in a crisis, emergency responders can instantly identify your call's origin. This process will create a DocuSign form that will require a signature to complete.

  1. Navigate to the Setup page and navigate to the 4th step.

  2. Click the Create Form button.

  3. Fill out the form and press Submit.

    1. This will create a form that you can view or edit later if needed.
