Warm/Attended Transfer- Press the Transfer button Image Modified or tap the Transfer icon while on an active call.
- Once the first call is placed on hold, dial the phone number or extension of the party you would like to transfer the call to.
- After the other party answers and you are ready to complete the transfer, press the Transfer button Image Modified or tap the Transfer icon.
- To End a call, if the party to receive it is not available, press the End Call button.
