  1. Login Navigate to the IP address for the users phone using the IP addressin any web browser.
  2. Click Settings the Settings tab.
  3. Click Time & Date on the left.
  4. Set the Time Zone to the correct setting for the account.
  5. Set the Location to the time zone as well.
  6. Click Confirm and the phone should update without a reboot.
