Attendant CallsCalling an extension causes another phone to ring.
  1. Remove the feature key of the user(2) who should be getting the call from the person's phone(1) that is ringing.
  2. Reboot the phone and do a test call.
    1. If the person's phone(2) who should not be ringing does not ring then re-add the feature key.
  3. On phone 2 go to settings and select Basic.
  4. Scroll down to Ring Type and set Attendant Calls to Silent Ring.
