  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Select Groups from the left.

  5. Click Add Group at the top.

  6. Enter a Group name and Extension Number for the group, select the desired Users or Devices from the drop-down boxes.

    • Note: Clicking Find One will show you a list of existing extensions already assigned to the account.
    Drag and drop the preferred Users from the Available field into the Selected Users field.

  7. Click Create Group to save your changes.
  8. The ring group has been created.
