This article will show you how to do the following.

  • Setup MultiCast Paging on a Polycom an account and/or device
Note

NOTE: Paging service only works on Polycom devices and will need to be enabled on the account prior to the feature working. To enable this, please send a request to sales@audian.com.

titleAccount Level settings
  1. Login to the Audian Portal
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.

  3. Select Smart PBX from the Apps list.

  4. Click the User/Account Name at the top right of the screen.

  5. If needed, select Account on the top left.

  6. Select Provisioning.

  7. Enable or Disable the MultiCast Paging setting as desired.

    • Note: If Multicast Paging is disabled for a device, it will not receive Pages or be able to initiate paging to other phones.
