Receiving a fax is as simple as checking your email. When a fax comes in to your dedicated number, you will receive an email that contains a PDF attachment. You simply open the attachment and print it out or save it.

Installing and Logging in for the first time.

You must first have downloaded the fax program from our website:

1. Navigate to https://www.audian.com/support/downloads.html
2. Click on the “Download Audian Fax Client”
3. Click Save to download, and then run the program.
4. Once installed, start the program by navigating to your start menu, all programs, and “Virtual Network Fax” 
5. Login with the credentials provided separately to you. You may also save permanently and have this login when you start windows.

1. You will now see your panel with all faxes that you have sent along with the source, destination, time/date and number of pages.
2. The Action dropdown will allow you to view or delete any of the faxes/
3. To Send a fax from here, click on File and “Send a Fax”
4. You may optionally send a cover page. All of the information entered here will be saved so that it doesn’t need to be re-entered each time. You may select your attachments (up to two) from here, and may also save the recipient in the address book.
5. Click OK to send lick OK to send.

You may also send a fax by simply emailing up to 5 attachments to our email servers. This has the benefit of not requiring a program to be installed. Attachments may be sent in JPG, PDF, Adobe PostScript, TIFF, Microsoft Word, Excel, CSV, HTML & Plain Text formats.

**Note – for security, you must send the fax from an authorized email address, which isthe one used to sign up. If you are sending from a personal account (non-authorized)this function will not work.

1. Open a new email and attach up to 5 items.
   1. To: <10_digit_number_@emailyourfax.com (ie 4258273428@emailyourfax.com)
   2. Subject: your 10 digit vFax number (ie, 8447377375)
   3. Body – optional if you want a cover page. Please add the words “cover page” in the subject page to attach. 
   4. After sending, you will receive a confirmation or rejection, and also a confirmation that the fax was sent.
