- Live Transfers allow you to talk to the extension you dialed before you press the Transfer button.
- Blind Transfers allow you to transfer the call to the extension quickly if you do not need to talk to them before transferring.

| - Answer the incoming call
- Put the call on Hold using the left soft-key button.
- Press the Transfer button
- Enter the extension you want to transfer to.
- Press Send to dial the ext then , OR You may wait for the phone to ring.
- Press Transfer When you are ready to transfer the call.
