  1. Devices can be created in the following places.

    1. Navigating to the Devices page and clicking Add Device.

    2. In the CSV Importer

    3. Navigate to the Dashboard and in the Account Guided Setup phase you can add a device individually.

  2. Fill out the form

    1. Select a User (Optional)

    2. Select a Location (Optional)

  3. If you want to auto generate the name of the device wait until the last step.

    1. This will take all the information from the form and create the name for you.

  4. Now select the device type

    1. Desk Phone

    2. Softphone

    3. Fax

  5. Click the Auto Generate button for the name or skip this step.

  6. Click Create Device.
