The Audian billing app allows super admins and account admins to manage multi location account billing resources. The app allows you to create billing locations, view billable items, add, remove, and move billable items.
Overview:
This tab currently allows users to change settings for a location. The Acumatica settings are only viewable by super admins.
Name: The name of the location. (Required)
Description: A place to but a simple note. (Optional)
Acumatica Customer ID: An Id used to link the location to Acumatica. (Not required to create location)
Acumatica Contact ID: An Id used to link the location to a contract in Acumatica. (Not required to create location)
Other Tabs:
These tabs allow you to view and move billable resources for that location.
Actions
Add Location Button:
This action allows you to add additional locations.
Unassigned Button:
This is where all billable items that are not assigned to a location are located. You can use the move button for any resource tab to move them to a defined location.
Move Button:
This button allows you to assign/unassign billable resources to and from locations.
