  1. Dial the number or extension that you are trying to reach using the keypad.
  2. While on an active call, press the “Conf ” softkey.
  3. Dial the number or extension that you are trying to reach using the keypad.
  4. Press the “Dial” softkey. 
    • Dialing a 10 digit phone number will cause the phone to automatically dial that number when entered.
  5. Once the new call is connected, press the “Conf” Conf softkey to join the calls.
