- From the idle screen, tap the Menu icon.
- Select
- Select Tap

- Select Tap the desired forwarding type.
- Always: Forwards all incoming calls.
- No Answer: Forwards all unanswered incoming calls. ( Will prompt you to select the # of rings before a call is transferred)
- Busy: Forwards all incoming calls while you're in a call.
Enter - Tap On or Off to enable or disable forwarding.
- Tap the Forward To: field and enter the desired phone number or extension for the calls to be forwarded to.
- Tap the Save softkey icon.
