How To - Transfer/Park a call - Android

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • How to Transfer an active call to another user or outside line

Methods:

  1. While on an active call, tap the More button.
  2. Tap Transfer.
  3. Scroll to and tap the Phone icon next to the desired Parking spot/existing contact or tap the NumberPad icon at the top to manually enter a number.
  4.  Enter the Desired number and tap the Call button.
  5. Tap the desired type of transfer, Blind or Attended.
  6. Once the receiving party is ready to take the call, tap the Transfer icon to complete the transfer.
