How To - Assign Agents/Managers to a Call Queue

Methods:

 Assign Agents to Call Queue
  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Select the Call Center Basic application.
  4. Select an existing call queue from the list.

  5. Click the Add Agents button.

  6. Drag and drop Available Users into the Agents Assigned field.

  7. Click Save Changes.
 Assign Managers to a Call Queue

Once an agent has been assigned to a call queue, they can then be made a "Manager" of that call queue.

  1. Click the Add Managers button.
  2. Drag and drop an Available Agent that is assigned to this queue into the Managers Assigned section.
  3. Click Save Changes.
