This article will show you how to do the following:
Enable or Disable Voicemail Box
Methods:
Login to the Audian Portal
.
Click the
9 square button
at the top right of the screen.
Click on the
Smart PBX
app.
Click
Users
.
Click the
User Features
field, the far right box for each user
.
Click
Voicemail Box
.
Click the
Disabled
toggle switch to enable.
Email notifications of voicemail can be disabled here, click the toggle to
Disabled
, if desired.
Click
Save Changes
