How To - Enable/Disable Voicemail Box for users

This article will show you how to do the following:

  • Enable or Disable Voicemail Box

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal.
  2. Click the 9 square button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Click on the Smart PBX app.
  4. Click Users.

  5. Click the User Features field, the far right box for each user.

  6. Click Voicemail Box.

  7. Click the Disabled toggle switch to enable.
  8. Email notifications of voicemail can be disabled here, click the toggle to Disabled, if desired.
  9. Click Save Changes.
