How To - Set External Caller ID Numbers

This article will show you how to do the following:

• Add a number that is not hosted by Audian to the account for use as Outbound Caller ID

1. Log into the Audian Portal

2. Navigate to the Number Manager app.

   Open

   

3. Select the Caller ID Numbers tab. 

   Open

   

4. Click +Add at the top right.

5. Enter the desired number into the provided field, and then click Send Verification Code.

   Open

   

    

6. You will receive a call from an automated system at the desired phone number. Listen to the automated call and then enter the provided PIN into the portal. The PIN code will be given three times before the call ends. 

7. Enter the PIN into the popup window in the portal. 

   Open

   

8. The number has been added and will now show up in the list. This phone number will now also show up anywhere else that allows you to set outbound Caller ID.

9. To remove the phone number, check the box next to the number in the portal, and then select Delete at the top.

10. Click Delete number on the new window that appears.

11. A recap of the previous action will appear, click Continue.
