How To - Navigate the Call Center Pro App (User)

  • How to navigate to as well as how to Log In and Out of a call Queue

Methods:

  1. Login to the Audian Portal

  2. Click the Apps icon at the top right.
  3. Drag and drop the Call Center Pro application into the "Default App" spot on the left.
  4. To View the Queue and Log In for the day, click Begin Session .
    • You will then be presented with a display of current queue statuses.
    • To get more details about a specific queue, click on the Queue Name. You can then navigate current calls in queue, See available members, and view Activity Logs.
  5. When you are ready to accept calls in your queues, Click on your status in the top right hand corner, and select Mark as Ready. This will mark you as Ready in all assigned queues.
  6. To temporarily leave the queue, Click on your current status, and then select Away.
    • You may enter a reason if required.
  7. To leave the queue for the day, select End Session.
